Weigh-In Post: Week One.
Even though I am 4 days into week 2 of the 12-week program in that book, I decided to do an initial weigh-in post. not going to put actual numbers up unless people clamor for them but I will say as of sunday I am 6 lbs. under my starting weight.

well I revisited the site that I have comments with and it appears that they didn’t have a crucial piece of inserted in the instructions when I set it up. I have inserted this code and now they seem to be working even better.

I am going to start posting here again. I realize now that comments work and have been working. Here is the secret: click on the date or the plus sign next to the post. That will take you to a page with just the post on it and the comments field. it is an odd workaround but comments work. so the one or two of you that still read this thing get to commenting.
